I knew Bill for over 12 years. He was an awesome and kind person. When he came to New Orleans and we would chat (while working)I loved to hear his stories about his family. How his twin brother and he looked nothing alike. The shenanigans they got into. The trouble they got in. The love and discipline from their parents. He showed me a picture and I definitely agreed. Patricia, my condolences on the passing of Bill. I was his contact with the Texaco Corporate property owner in New Orleans for years and developed a great friendship with Bill.
I can say in my 40 year career he was the most honest, fair minded professional I dealt with . He always took a life has challenges approach to business and only looked for solutions . A rare quality.
I hope you are well and this reaches you since I just learned of Bill’s passing.

We had the blessing/privilege of meeting Mr. Bill while visiting friends and tubing New River. I remember seeing him again at the church barbecue.
