William "Bill" Nathan Mifflin

William “Bill” Nathan Mifflin, age 69, of Marion, IN formerly of Nappanee, died at 11:30 a.m., August 22, 2018, at the VA Hospital, Fort Wayne.  He was born January 21, 1949 to Raymond and Clara (Dowdy) Thompson.  Mr. Mifflin was a veteran of the US Navy, he served in Vietnam.   He was awarded the Vietnam Service Medal with 2 bronze stars. He was a member of the Nappanee American Legion.

He is survived by his sons, William Mifflin, Jr., Etna Green and Paul Mifflin, Goshen. 

A gathering of family and friends will be from 10:00 to 11:00, Thursday, September 20th at Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee. Followed by  procession to South Union Cemetery for inurnment with Military Graveside services.
