William "Bill" Ritter

William (Bill) Martin Ritter of Mays Landing, NJ has passed away. He was 64 years old. A Funeral Service will be held at a future date.  

An Eagle Scout in Fanwood’s Troop 33 and a 1972 graduate of Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School, Bill earned a degree from Rutgers University in 1976. Following his passion for gaming, he decided to pursue a career in Atlantic City’s fledgling casino industry. Bill worked for Caesars Atlantic City Hotel & Casino for 20 years. He was an avid sports fan and a particularly devoted follower of his beloved New York Mets and Dallas Cowboys. Bill also enjoyed collecting rare coins and stamps.

He is survived by his mother Dolores, siblings -- Robert, Lynn, David, and John, nephews -- Jason and Patrick, and nieces -- Lisa and Morgan. A memorial service will be held in Bill’s memory at a date to be determined.
