Not sure what to say?

BJ was my "big brother" as a part of the Big Brothers Big Sisters Program. He took me to the circus when it came to Dekalb. He took me to visit the family cottage up at Lake Geneva. We had deep dish pizza after we went swimming. We played bomber man on turbo graphics at his college apartment. We went bowling. He gave me my first pair of nice shoes. This man was an angel to me. Most of my favorite memories of my childhood are because of him. Knowing that BJ is gone tears my heart out. I am so...

BJ will be forever remembered in the Highlands family. I always looked up to him growing up during the summers at the lake. His smile beams. Our hearts go out to your family.

Cameron and BJ's family, Please accept my condolences. I always enjoyed BJ's kindness and good nature.

BJ was a young man who was full of life and adventure. Water skiing was one of his passions and a way for us to spend time with him. BJ treated our two boys like they were his nephews and we in turn thought of him as our nephew. His smile and energy will be sorely missed. We're sending lots of hugs and prayers to Jennifer, Nicole, Jex, and the rest of his family. Barb, Dan, Kyle, and Kevin Rezabek

Carol and family, So sorry to read of BJ´s passing . A life gone way too soon . Always found him to be fine young man, personable and polite. He will be missed by all that knew him. God Bless ! Michael & Jodi Johnson
