Bill was a very special man and friend. I will miss him greatly and offer my deepest condolences to all who loved him.

We love you Uncle Bill. We will miss you! Our boys will always remember you. You were so special to them.

the world was better because of the light Bill Blair provided. His dedication to the arts was unmatched and his ability to get his way was a sight to see. We will miss him.

Condolences to Bill's family on the loss of this exceptional and dedicated advocate. Bill was truly one-of-a-kind and always seemed happiest roaming the halls of the statehouse and connecting legislators with positive ways to make their communities better. Gregarious, smart, and engaged in politics for the public good, he will be much missed.

The Cleveland arts community will miss one of our best advocates. Thank you Bill, for all the positives you brought to us

We were so lucky to have Bill in our lives and share time with him. He was the bon vivant to the whole community. He will be missed.

Bill was a great guy. Convivial, but serious about public affairs. Always had an idea about how to make things better. Just the right person with whom to explore projects or possibilities. He will be missed.
