I worked with Bill for many years at Commerce and remember the year we played numerous april fool's day jokes on him. He never let on all day until we finally broke down first by walking to his desk, unscrewing the mouthpiece on his phone, and ripping the saran wrap off of it in an exasperated manner. To Bill Blake's wife and family: I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Bill and I were classifiers at the Department of Commerce for a number of years; he was a joy and sometimes a pain (but a nice pain) during that time.
