Barbara, you and your family have been so strong and devoted to your father during these past few years, when he needed so much attention and care. You are to be commended and admired. I know the emotions you are experiencing right now. I was there just a few short months ago. I will always remember Bill through my friendship with the Boy Scouts. In 1985, I began my career with the Indian Waters Council. His dedication to the BSA and to the community was remarkable. He will be truly missed.
