Not sure what to say?

I miss you grandad. I love you. I wish I would have known you were going to leave so soon. Alot of times you were taken for granted, like I just assumed you would always be there. I just know your better. When I saw you laying in the hospital bed after you left us, I knew you were better. We should have spent the night. I knew leaving that night I should have made Mam stay. I just felt you letting go as we were leaving the room. I'm sorry I wasn't there with you as you went. I'm going to take...

Dear Mary and Family, We are deeply saddened to hear of Bill's passing. His positive outlook, joyful personality, and sincere love for family and friends have touched us all. Know your hearts are broken. Helen Keller once said "What we once deeply loved and enjoyed we can never lose. For all we deeply love becomes a part of us". We pray the happy memories you shared will help to heal your hearts. Our thoughts and prayers are with you ...

Bill was a good person and left us much too early. He fought a long battle and I really thought he had defeated this horrible cancer. Our prayers go out to his family and especially to his loving wife who has been in poor health herself. He was a good friend and a great asset to the PSL Anglers Club. We will miss him.

Cookie, I'm so sorry for your loss. My prayer for you is that the peace that passes all understanding will sustain you and give you comfort. Sincerely, Marie Simmons

Dear Mary -- I was so sorry to learn of Bill's passing. My thoughts are with you and the family at this difficult time. Please take care of yourself.

I am so sad this brave boy, as I most remember him, lost the good fight. He and his dear wife,Mary, have been a tremendous example to all, through their devoted 51 year marriage and through their health issues, of the last few years.

I met Bill during 8th. period band practice, our Junior Year/Sherwood High School. I was new to Sherwood and Bill was a kind respectful guy who always had a good word. One of my first memories was Bill speaking of Mary Phelps, his sweetheart. There...

Sorry to hear of Bill's passing. I remember meeting him and his brother Brian one summer day while they were fishing for Bluegill in the Isaac Walton pond off Briggs Channey Road. Being my age I figured he'd be in my class at Sherwood High. I remember those countless parades our school band marched in when he was the drum major. He never made a worry turn because we always ended up where we belonged. He had a quite way of staying on the edge while having a good time.
