Things About Bill You May Not Have Known:

I am grateful for all of your shared memories! Hope these will help you remember times spent with Bill or get to know Bill a little better. His love of fishing and deep sea diving took him to Marathon Florida, as his favorite vacation spot and the place were he passed away after being ill for several years. He had four children, Patrick Kevin (Florida); Deborah Kay (Fairbanks Alaska); Thomas William (Ohio and Florida); and James Michael his...

Dear Bill
We want to share when we met you and hope this will bring back many memories about your life. Bill began his medical career right after finishing his residency at Memorial Hospital, in the Korean Conflict. On his return to the U.S., Bill became Chief of The Notre Dame Infirmary and was the Notre Dame Football Team Doctor, traveling and working with The Notre Dame Football Team when Ara Parseghian was the coach. Bill and his former wife, Mary Kay, worked with Dr. John Hellmer and...

Doc, Thank you for everything you did for my children, the boys and the many people your kind hands touched.

Doc Bogan,
Rest in peace it's well deserved. Thank you for the memories.

Bogan Family: I am sorry for the loss of your loved one. Also, Debbie and Tommy my prayers are with you, too. May the God of Heaven bring all things to light.

The world has lost a wonderful person. Our deepest sympathy to the family.

Dr. B will always be remembered as one of the few doctors that I actually liked and didn't mind going to see. He will also be remembered as one of the few good fishing buddies that I have and all of the great times that we had at the lake. He had a special way of making some of the most boring rainy days still be fun. He will always be in my memories and also in my prayers.

I worked at Memorial when Dr. Bogan arrived as the youngest intern that Memorial ever had! He and Dr. Foley were great as interns as well as throughout their careers.

Jim, Sheelagh, Sydney and Bryce,
I am sorry for your loss. You all are in my thoughts and prayers.
