I met Bill as an EVOC instructor at Essex County Police Academy. We fulfilled that role together for over 10 years. It was very rewarding for me because Bill was an excellent teacher and was always looking to help other officers. He was a true gentleman as well. May he rest in peace. Charlie Trucillo
