I just learned of Bill's passing and wish to send my sincere condolences.

Tpr. Bill was a very influential teacher when I started as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in 1985 -- there are humorous and meaningful lessons he taught which still guide me today. (Yes, his mom did confirm that he was expected to write even her a speeding ticket if she earned it..!)
