We always looked forward to seeing Bill at the Halfway Restaurant. He would come in everyday for lunch and sit with the regulars. After he retired he came in every Thursday night for the meatloaf.. He loved talking about his newest grandchild and his children. He will be missed..

I have many fond memories of working with Billy at the Kent County Parks Department while I was in college. I learned a lot from Billy during those years. I'll always appreciate the great stories he told and the memory of his nightly walks with his beloved beagles. Rest In Peace, Billy. My condolences to the Boluyt family.
