Terry: Please accept my sincere condolences. Bill must have been a wonderful guy and I would have loved to have met him in one of my bike rides through Larkspur or shared a meal with both of you at the Brasserie.

So sad to hear about Bill's passing. Bill and the Bourke family were a big part of our upbringing and great family friends. Bill was full of love for everyone and had a special place in our hearts. Bill was our friend and neighbor in Palo Alto. He introduced me to the world of wine. He was a man of principle and integrity. I will miss his spirit and his friendship.
