Our sincere expressions of condolences may be a bit late but, our many fond memories of such a warm and caring sole will last forever. We will forever smile each time we think about our fun times with "Bill" as we affectionately called him and how he cherished his travels south to visit his beloved and strongly admired Uncle Charles. We can also rejoice in that Bill, his lovely wife,...

I know this message is coming very late... Bill and I were just email friends and timeshare owners in Aruba... I feared something was wrong when Bill did not send me his pre arrival email and did not respond to mine after last December.

Bill was a great man and I cherished his calm demeanor, quick wit and our 2 week friendship every year at the beach. He has now joined Shirley and they are together again... RIP Bill you were a great man and will be missed...

To All the Bowers Family. My heartfelt and deepest sympathy to you all. I worked with Bill at Merck and we remained lifelong friends and kept in touch. I learned of his passing today when I had not heard from him for a long time and never knew of his passing or I would have attended his service. He was truly a very special person and friend and know he is with his wife celebrating the next phase of glory. I will sorely miss him so much.

Bill had a big heart and was the kind of person who, when he met you, it was as if he had known you all his life. He will be missed. Our prayers are with the family.
