I just wanted to tell you how sorry I was to hear about "pappy"over the phone.. our friendship goes back almost 63 yrs. he was the fly engineer on many of my flights. so many memories. on sundays, he, frances, mary hoover & I would go to bfast at bennigans. I left dallas in 1999 to move to Kansas to be with my mother. in 2000 I went to dallas for a,wedding. the 3 of us went to lunch & talked for hours. that's the last time I saw either of them & now they're both gone. cherish your wonderful...
