Dear Bramall Family,
I am Lois J. Lowe Bartholomew of Springville, Utah. I am Bill's cousin. My mother, Louise, & Uncle Willis were brother & sister. I just heard about Bill's death yesterday.
Although I haven't heard from nor seen Bill since we were teens, still I have many fond memories of him and his siblings.
