Not sure what to say?

Best boss ever. Supported Latinx art. I gifted him a print of my mural. He was so human, which is not common in managers that work for County. Good person. RIP Boss.

I just wanted to express my deepest condolences. Around 1985-1987, Bill Bransford was my Director with the County of San Diego. He was an AMAZING BOSS. I just recently retired and once my life slowed down a bit, one of the first person I thought of reaching out to was Bill. Bill leaves us with fond memories of the "Mean Machine". It has been a few years but we remember his exuberant personality and great sense of humor. We know he had great love for his family. Our condolences to you all; friends and family. Bless you, dear old friend. Bill & Vicky McGinnis

I've lost my brother. Neither Bill nor I ever had a natural brother, but we became brothers via a friendship and love that enveloped not only ourselves but our respective families as well. I miss him deeply; I always will.

There are no adequate words to express our deep grief over Bill's passing. His love, friendship, mentorship, humor, and integrity will live on in our hearts always. Patti and Wendy and Jennifer - we will see you in March to mark our grief at Bill's loss and our joy at Bill's part in our lives and hearts.
