Sorry to hear of the passing of such a wonderful person. I worked with Bill at Keystone in the kitchen and he was an absolute joy to be around. He always spoke so much of his wife and did what he could to her cheer others up. I enjoy the few years I had worked with him and I will never forget him. Prayers to his family, friends and mostly his wife. Love ya Bill, rest easy buddy!

So sorry to hear of Billy's passing. Worked with him at Crestview country club back in the late seventies. Always had a smile on his face and he'd sneak us a few horderves behind the counter. Always wondered where you ended up in the culinary world. Rest in Peace.
