As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

We will miss our great friend, an inspiration to us all.

Bill and Lorraine came into my life in the early 70's and I can't remember a time when they weren't there when you needed them. I have loved them both for over 40 years and will never forget what great friends they are. My thoughts and prayers are with Lorraine and family.

Farewell Mr. Brooks. Thank you for teaching me how to ski so many decades ago. Lorraine, our thoughts are with you during this difficult time.

You are missed old friend!

Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss. Always remember that the God of comfort cares for you especially during this most difficult time. Isaiah 66:12,13.

Alaska has lost another icon who's many contributions were shared with many. In addition to his intelligence he had a terrific sense of humor. It was my pleasure to serve on ALCOM's CAB with Bill when I worked for USSenator Ted Stevens. At one of those functions Bill laughed and told us that his 'child bride' (Lorraine) had just signed up for Medicare (this was many years before that enrollment would take place. ).
