Bill was always one of the kindest gentleman I have ever known. His warm smiles and hugs will be something I will miss. He always looked dapper! Ann was always beautiful by his side. His love for all will be missed at Beargrass. He taught me many lessons and I will miss him, Kim Boden

I knew Bill through Nancy and George, who are my aunt and uncle. My dad and I remarked last night that Bill was always smiling. He would occasionally attend our family get-togethers to which he brought a lot of laughter.
As an adult I have learned more about his character and his dedication to the greater good. I was welcomed by Bill and Ann Buckingham as a new member to church and it was wonderful to see familiar faces as a new member.

Liza and I extend our condolences to Bill's family. I was fortunate to serve with Bill on the Glenview Hills City Commission. He was a capable and thoroughly decent man. We regret that we are out of town. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.
