Billy - Halloween

We are so sorry for your loss. Billy was a wonderful man. I will never forget his smile or his bear hugs.
Friends are the pillars on your porch. Sometimes they hold you up, sometimes they lean on you, sometimes its just enough to know that they are standing by. We are standing by if you need us.
all our love

My thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Bullard family. I will always remember Billy, as he had a very special place in my heart.

Billy,

That smile...oh that smile, it went from ear to ear and your laugh was infectious! God Bless you in Heaven and Bless your family too.
Your Friend,

My heart goes out to all of Billy's family. You are all in my thoughts during this very sad time.
I will always remeber Billy's infectious laughter and his great heart and hug. Always brought a smile to my face, called me Ratso,
and that trademark laugh. Billy, you'll be sadly missed, and dearly remembered. With love, Kathy (Russo) Bernard
