I knew Bill when I was a young defense attorney. He was a good cop, a real pro, and a credit to the Department.

Our prayers are with your family during this sad time. We know as a Christian/Believer that he is now rejoicing with our Lord and Saviour.I worked in the jail for 23 years retiring in 1996 and had known Bill during that time.

Uncle Bill was a positive force in our family. He led by example with a kindly wry smile. Love & Goodness,
