Not sure what to say?

Not mentioned in the obituary is Bill's leadership of the Issue 6 campaign to change the form of county government. Issue 6 was where I first met Bill and benefitted from his trust in and encouragement of colleagues in the fight. We interacted almost daily for those Issue 6 months and since then spoke a few times a year, always interesting and fun conversations. RIP, Bill. Thank you for your freindship.

Bill was one of the greats. I'm still in shock about his passing. He always looked for opportunity to help people and build community. Always. His departure is such a loss, but I know his legacy will live on.

Peaceful Reflections

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.

Bill was a friend and advisor who helped me in many ways through the years. He was committed to helping communities build leadership and participation. Many of us benefitted personally through his efforts; which in turn enabled us to also contribute to the greater good. He was brilliant, generous and purposeful. His furious life and energy will be greatly missed.

Bill was always "bigger than life" with an equally big heart. He was talented, energetic and caring. His impact on Cuyahoga Community College will be felt for years to come. He was a friend, colleague and confidante. I will missed him daily. Jerry Sue Thornton, President Emerita, Cuyahoga Community College

Bill was a friend for over 40 years and he will be missed immensely. His wisdom and caring was a gift that he shared with many. We are blessed to have known him. Loved, Claire
