I was so very sorry to learn of Randy's passing on the Sandstorm. We grew up in the same neighborhood and he was a close friend of my brother Jon Erlandson. Randy was a truly nice guy.

I fondly remember Randy from high school and our many good times with Dave, Nancy, and my sister Shelley. The Herman's Hermits concert in Portland, the wind-sailing / skateboarding in front of our house, and many zany adventures. He was smart, fun and good-hearted. I am sadened to hear about Randy passing away. We grew up together in Richland and did a lot of crazy things together. I will greatly miss him
