Read MoreI am so sorry to hear of "Billy's passing. We were considered family. He would often refer to me as his cousin. I remember all of us children staying over at his parent's house. Billy had a unique trick he would do with his eyes, that we loved to run and scream from. We were not really afraid. We knew it was Billy. Billy was so nice. I loved to hear him laugh. RIP Cuz, We love and will miss you.
