He was an avid WWII history buff and enjoyed photography. In retirement, Bill spent part of the year in Houston, TX where he regularly attended his grandchildren’s sporting events.  He attended Clear Lake Presbyterian Church and loved talking with the engineers and scientists associated with NASA.

Not sure what to say?

Nancy- so sorry for your loss. Please know that your Clear Lake family will keep you in our prayers.

I was blessed to meet this friendly man and have many discussions on teaching and how education changed in the years. He always made time to listen to stories about my kids and he shared all the great things his grandchildren did. I will never forget the time he walked down to my house to get Zack and he got shot by a nerf gun from the second floor. We might have had some parenting discussions then and his tips for me on how to keep sane while raising triplets!
