I am so sorry to hear Billy Caputo has passed on. We all live in the old Banford Manor Project, Groton together. He was a great paper boy, now later in life after reading he was a musician, has a band. After Branford Manor they move near the shopping center, i will see him. To the Families his honor is well said, GOD gave Billy a better life with music. May GOD bless him with opening arms of giving happiness in music's to so many people.
