Tom , Billy , and Lynn, I am so sorry to hear of your father's passing. Bill was a great mentor to me and I think about his advice to me . I always enjoyed visits with him and would seek his opinions. I will always have fond memories of him and our hunting trips to Vermont. He was a true gentleman and the most interesting man I ever met. RIP Bill. Your friend Gerry Gould

Bill, or "Old Man Carmichael" as he introduced himself to us, was a wonderful man, the quintessential gentleman and top notch neighbor. My boys loved him and we will all miss him. Our thoughts are with Bill and his family. We wished we could have known him longer! - Kris, Stephen, Charlie & Sam Doody

To Tom, Bill and family,
So sorry to hear about your Dad, even when these things are inevitable, the reality is still so difficult ... Will remember that pleasant day when we all had tea and scones on the porch here! Thinking of you all,

To the Carmichael Family with love and deepest sorrows - Uncle Bill was always a true hero and inspiration to me. He was a kind and gentle man with the patience of a saint. He took me flying and introduced me to the Boston Sea Rovers(he personally introduced me to Phillip Cousteau)!! I'm saddened by his passing and deeply sorry for your loss. From my Family to yours with our deepest sympathy. May he rest in peace !
