We are really saddened by hearing of Dr Carpers passing. He was our family doctor for many years when we lived in Lewistown. Dr Carper and I talked many times about our tours of duty at Sandia Base in Albuquerque. He was always concerned about our family's well being and we certainly appreciated him for that. He brought my daughter into this world with the most kindness a Dr has ever shown me. I was very young, the world has lost a great man. I shall always remember him with love and gratitude.

He truely exemplified the many traits of the Boy Scout law, as he was kind, loyal, friendly, intelligent, reverent, etc. We both enjoyed it when Bill Would get excited about a particular subject we were discussing at Book Club, as he would express his opinions in such a passionate and articulate way. He had such a great sense of humor and was genuinely always happy to see and visit with his friends. He is one of those...
