Not sure what to say?

Dr. Carper dedicated his life to serving others! He was a wonderful physician and friend. He will be missed!

We are really saddened by hearing of Dr Carpers passing. He was our family doctor for many years when we lived in Lewistown. Dr Carper and I talked many times about our tours of duty at Sandia Base in Albuquerque. He was always concerned about our family's well being and we certainly appreciated him for that. Dr. Bill and Mrs. Ellie Carper have been wonderful and kind friends to the Health & Wellness Clinic (Connection) of Fulton County for the last 8 years. The Canton community will miss Dr. Carper's smile. Hugs to you Ellie. We all love you both! Our hearts and prayers always.

Thinking of all you!

My deepest condolences to Dr Carper's family. He was my Dr for years

He brought my daughter into this world with the most kindness a Dr has ever shown me. I was very young, the world has lost a great man. I shall always remember him with love and gratitude.

Ellie and kids, you have our sincere condolences. We both loved Bill. He truely exemplified the many traits of the Boy Scout law, as he was kind, loyal, friendly, intelligent, reverent, etc. We both enjoyed it when Bill Would get excited about a particular subject we were discussing at Book Club, as he would express his opinions in such a passionate and articulate way. He had such a great sense of humor and was genuinely always happy to see and visit with his friends. He is one of those...

Please accept our sincere condolences. Doc was one of a kind, and a friend to all. Take comfort in knowing that now you have a special guardian angel to watch over you.
