I remember Bill so well. He was a friend and was my boss in the early years of the RBC Herittage when I worked in the tournament offices. What a wonderful person he was. I am blessed to call him friend. Rest in peace, my friend.

I was very sad to hear about Bill's passing. He and Freddy were among the early Pioneers here on Hilton Head and they always stood up well in the community. I always enjoyed knowing them and I will regret not catching up with Bill in these last few years. He was a good man!

Billy and I were lifelong friends beginning with our first day of school in Summerton, SC. Our families share many bonds--our brothers' and parents' close friendships. No one could ask for a better friend. Love and sympathy to the family in our shared loss.
