We wanted to let you know that our prayers are with you all at this time. This is difficult right now, but God will heal the hurt in time. I didn't have the privilege of knowing Billy but have known his son Matt for some years now and we all love him dearly. I know Billy must have been very proud to have such a fine young man. Keep looking above to our Heavenly Father and know that He is always there for you--especially in times like this.

In remembrance of Billy
Some people touch our life for a moment and then they disappear the next. The love they leave behind is the stuff memories are made of.The memory of a Carter will never fade.
