My sincerest sympathy,
Bill and I grew up from grade school through high school.
Wonderful memories from making candles in cub scouts, first small plane ride over our neighborhood, West of City Park, to Saturday night joy rides.

Our deepest sympathy. Bill was such a kind person. I met him at Oracle when we would have a large gathering of employees for a presentation. He was always fun to chat with.

Sorry to hear about your dad Jeni, our deepest sympathy to you and your family

My heart goes out to the Carter Family. Bill was a great man who raised wonderful children including his beloved dogs. He was a hard working man who will be dearly missed by his family, friends and co-workers. May he rest in peace and be able to see all the wonders of nature from a whole new beautiful view.

Please accept my deepest sympathies. Bill will be greatly missed by his friends and colleagues at work. He was a good man who brought smiles to everyone with his wonderful sense of humor. I miss you Bill!
