I worked with Will at Raccoon River Brewing Company and his leadership drastically changed the way I thought of the service industry. He taught me that you should treat a guest as if they were dining at your own home. I have taken this idea and extended it to the world. Will was irreplaceable and will be missed. He once told me I was a "lifer" in the industry and in a way I am. God bless.
