I love you Uncle Bill , you will never be forgotten. Rest In Peace till we all meet again .

I had the honor of working with Bill many years throughout our careers with Metro-Police Dept. He was first assigned to me when he first came to the road in the North End. He was a natural and his previous experience showed.

Later we were assigned together in the South District where he supervised several different units. He readily took over leadership of units to address problem areas.

His leadership and organizational skills were forefront in a large sting operation...

To those of us who knew Bill, he will long be remembered as a good man. A true professional in every sense of the word. One who committed himself to the task at hand and strived for perfection in all that did. His career accomplishments were many and varied during his law enforcement years.
