My thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time. Although I didn't know your father well, I did meet him on a few occasions at JCP and heard many stories from you. He seemed like an all around awesome person. I am sure he will be missed.

Such great memories of 0467-1 and your Dad leading the group for the 12 years that I was there. He was a wonderful first boss, mentor, and later friend. I remember the joke with us was when I would come into his office and sit down he'd take the tissue box from the table behind him and put it in front of me. Many a tear whether it was work related or personal, such as when I lost my best friend suddenly, his words always seemed to help.

No one could have a better boss, a better friend than Mr. Ceglia. In my years with JCP, Mr. Ceglia not only was a teacher but a mentor. Many who worked for Mr. C not only stayed with the company and advanced into the management ranks and many more went on to have successful careers in other fields.
