To the Charles family, my condolences on the passing of Dean Charles. As a young law student at Dalhousie, he taught first year Torts as well as being the Dean. I remember our law professor Bill Charles very well. He was as gifted as he was entertaining teacher. I recall him for his take on tort law which was a great foundation for the Class of 1974 and I´m sure many other classes.
