My dad, Frank Mares, wrote a memory about his friend, Willy. They grew up together in Old Town, Albuquerque and went to San Felipe Catholic School. He wrote his condolences but the website didn't send them. He has a lot of memories about Willy; being alter boys in mass, playing golf and stories about Catholic school. Willie was a kind and gentle man. He was always smiling, and if he was having a bad day, you would never know it. He was a true servant of the Lord. May our Lord provide comfort and peace to his beautiful wife Lucille and may our Lord grant blessings to his brothers, sisters and all extended family and friends. Rest in Paradise Willie
