My mom (Nellie Seagoe) and I wish to give our deepest condolences to our Aunt Barbara and my cousins, Gabi, Christina and Barbara on his passing. I am so glad I got to see him one last time a couple of weeks before he passed. I remember all of you when you were little and the laughter Bill had when he was playing with your dad at our grandparent's house in Grants Pass, Oregon. Much love to all of you.

I remember my little brother when he was in his little suit. he was a cutie. it was cool we gotto see him graduate from Navy boot camp. I will cherish those memories. He was a good guy. we love and miss you

Staying up late to help Mom keep Billy awake to go to the doctor's for a test on his brain and finding out he had Tourette syndrome. So many memories and such sadness to lose my little brother. I look forward to that day to see you again when Jesus Christ comes to gather us to the Father in heaven. God will heal the broken hearted. Romans 10:9&10
