I NEVER MET BILLY AND ONLY KNEW HIM THRU FAY, BUT I PRAYED FOR HIM FOR A MIRACLE. I KNOW MY PRAYERS WERE ANSWERED WHEN THE MINISTER SPOKE ABOUT HIS QUIET FAITH AND THAT HE WAS AT PEACE WITH GOD.
