We was so upset when we found out Bill has passed away. I didn't know Bill that well but I know he was a wonderful husband and father and will be deeply missed by everyone. My 5 yr old granddaughter had never actually met Bill but when he broke his hip and was in the hospital she sent him a song and pic of herself by cell ph everynight and it always ended with I LOVE YOU MR. BILL. She loved him from pics and what Lorene would tell her. She ask yesterday if she could...

I was sorry to hear about bill's passing, I got to know him well when we were in the sheriff's posse together,also when he worked for the city our jobs intersected quite abit. one thing I knew about him when there was a job to do, no matter what the problem he always got it done. that was his way, he was a good man. my condolences to his family.
