William Frederick Cobb ll

I had the pleasure of knowing Fred from work with the City of Columbus, Ga. He was in the Bldg Dept, I was in the Dept of Engineering that shared the same floor in the Annex. He was interested in many topics including general work issues, politics, sports and music. The latter being where we really connected.
