WILLIAM RICHARD "BILL" COGBILL

Such a legend at Brookville Hugh School in Lynchburg, VA. So sorry to hear of Bill's passing. He was a great colleague, coach, and role model for students. Bill, you out did Burt Reynolds.

I was a student of Mr Cogbill at York High and I remember he was my favorite teacher. He will be remembered.

I have not grieved the loss of this beautiful soul and my life will forever be changed without Bill in this world. I pray for his family on this difficult first anniversary and hope that God can grant them peace and love. The world lost a hero on July 8, 2024. I love and miss you Mr. Bill.

Every moment spent with Bill Cogbill was special because he was one of the greatest men to ever be on this earth. He was a father figure to my kids, a brother to me, and a friend to all.
