To the Cole family, Billy was a close friend, when we were in high school and a few years past, into our early twenties. Billy was a good man who loved his family. I will miss my friend. Rest peacefully my friend.

Our grand-pop will be truly missed by us. We enjoyed every minute we shared with him when he picked us up to play tennis and take us out for ice-cream and dinner.
