To all of the Collins family-Billy will be greatly missed here in Virginia Beach! He´s been a wonderful neighbor for more years than we can count. His wit and kindness made him a favorite for all of us. Thinking of you and all the good memories...

Alice and Janet I am so sorry you have lost your father. I always loved Bill's smile and how friendly he was. Memories are priceless and I am sure you and your children have many. May these wonderful memories help you through this difficult time. God bless you and your family

Anne, girls and family, we are so very sorry for your loss. We were both fortunate to work with Bill at Home Beneficial. Funny story - we were in Williamsburg one Christmas, passed someone in the Kings Arms parking lot at dusk. The person said "Merry Christmas". No mistaking that voice! Robert said "Bill?" It was! I know he loved the holidays! You are all in our thoughts and prayers.
