Not sure what to say?

He was a great man and husband in the time I knew him he had gotten my respect and I wish I could have gotten to know him more before he ha passed away he also inspired me to become what I am today so I always remember when we went to church and he would stand right next to me and sing along side me

So far as I know, Kathy and I never had the pleasure of Mr. Conley's acquaintance. But we have known his son, David, a friend of our nephew and he certainly presents a good case for his father and mother. Our condolences.

Our prayers and condolences are with Miss Louise and the Conly Family with the lost of Bill. I had the opportunity to work with Bill when I was transferred to the Ringgold Field Office in 1991 and shared conversations concerning soil conservation, forestry and soils in general. He was a person with great knowledge of Bienville Parish. We'll all miss him dearly.

Alas, my brother.

A great singer and a fine man.

Our prayers and thoughts are with Louise and the entire Conly family after this terrible loss !
Bill was a great and funny guy, we'll miss his stories !!

So sorry for your loss. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
