Not sure what to say?

My Dad owned the Station House Pub in Wall where Bill was a frequent patron. My Dadad asked him one day if he was hiring, Bill hired me on the spot in 1984 after working there a few years taking the beachs chairs in and out every day putting them on the sidewalk lol I learn to love the hardware business My family opened up our own store in South Jersey Bill was so helpful. God bless and thank you for the memories.

We are so sorry to hear of Bill's passing. I worked at the hardware store before we moved back to Pittsburgh. Bill was one of be best men we have known, he treated everyone like family, was honest, funny, loyal and kind. He will always be remembered in our hearts. What a loss for the family. Heaven has another beautiful angel. God Bless you. We have been blessed to have knows such a special man and his wonderful family.

Rest in Peace Bill. So sorry to hear of your loss Joe. May you and your family have comfort in knowing your dad has moved onto a better place. We, along with many others will miss seeing his face around Belmar. Prayers coming your way.

Dear Mrs. Connor, Joe, Maria, Donna and Your Families, I never knew Mr. Connor lived at a "boys home," which would explain some childhood memories to me, and how much he overcame to be the success he was. A member of The Greatest Generation flies to Heaven! Joe, you now have full reign at Taylor's, and it is much deserved! Big Bear Hugs to you all, and Lotsa Love,
