The Constine Family: Please accept my sincere sympathy on the passing of your dear father and grandfather. I knew Billy in his younger days when he and his parents were neighbors to my family. I also worked with him on the waterfront during my teenage years. I always liked Billy. He was so friendly and full of fun and always had a strong sense of being himself: a genuine person and a good person. God bless Billy and God bless all of you. Allen Young
