Not sure what to say?

Bill and I spent many pleasant hours together in Delhi while working at Sehon Cooksey motors, cleaning floors, servicing cars, and shooting numerous flies in the show room with rubber bands. In Medical school at LSU we often studied together or played tennis at the city park. He was always an enjoyable companion, never cranky or difficult to get along with, and never said bad things about anyone. He will be sorely missed!

In Christian concern and loving care, you were uplifted in prayer by The Mens Prayer Fellowship of Dauphin Way United Methodist Church.

.

Bobby, Karen & Paul-- You and your family are certainly in my prayers. Take care.

It was always fun being around Bill. He just seemed to make everyone happy because that's the way he was most of the time. I remember back in the 80's when Becky and I were in the Richmond area we stayed with Bill and Jeanne one night and really enjoyed it. They entertained us at the pub where they performed and and then I awoke the next morning to hear Bill playing a beautiful song on the piano. He was so talented and used his talent and wonderful sense of humor to make other people's lives...

Dr. Cooksey delivered both of my children also. I couldn't have had better ob/gyn care and Jeanne was very special also. My sympathy to the Family.

Dr. Cooksey delivered both of my children. He was a wonderful obstetrician. Later I worked in his office as a medical assistant for several happy years. He and Jeanne were such sweet people. My sincere sympathies to his family.
