RIP Uncle Bill. Xx

Dear Inez and Bill's family:
I am truly saddened to just learn of Bill's passing. He was a wonderful man and a dedicated police officer. His kindness to me personally, I will never forget. Gifted with an easy countenance, yet keenly perceptive, he was the quintessential "cop on the beat" - with a genuine sense of humor. This served him well throughout life. I touched base with Bill, for a brief time, as mayor, back in the late 1980s. I regret missing his service. He was someone I was...

a good man,, see ya on the other side Uncle Bill

Sharon and Family,

My deepest sympathy over the passing of your Dad and husband. He was quite a guy.
