Ingrid, your father and mother meant the world to me. I was one of your dad's last PhD students. I heard of their passing last year yet did not find this site until now. Bill´s kindness set the tone for audiologists in South Carolina for many years and we were better for it. He was my doctoral advisor, and I am forever grateful that he took me on near the end of his career. My condolences to his family and friends, and apologies for being so late in offering them.
